Refund Policy

Returns:

We do not accept returns once the product has been dispatched. However, if you receive a
damaged product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photographic evidence,
and we will address the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations:

• Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have
  not been processed or shipped. Once it has been shipped by us, your order can not be
  cancelled.
• Cancellation Fee: A small cancellation fee will be deducted to cover processing costs.
• Procedure: To cancel an order, click on the cancel my order tab on your login account or
  if it is not visible you can email us at contact@famkay.com with your order number and
  your genuine reason for cancellation.

Refunds:

• Eligibility: Refunds are processed only for eligible order cancellations.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  within 10 to 14 business days.
• Deductions: Bank charges and cancellation fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the
  refund amount.
